AI Processing
This section applies only to products or features that offer AI functionality (for example, translation or chat). If a product does not offer AI functionality, this section does not apply.
If you use AI features, we collect the text you enter, selected language settings, and related request context needed to generate a response. If you do not use AI features, this data is not sent to OpenAI.
This information is collected only when you actively submit an AI request in the relevant feature and is transmitted securely over HTTPS directly to OpenAI for processing. By submitting text in an AI feature, you instruct us to send that text for processing.
This data is sent only to provide AI responses. It is used only to generate responses and is not used by us for advertising.
AI processing data is sent to OpenAI (OpenAI API, api.openai.com).
We do not sell personal data. OpenAI provides data protection measures consistent with industry standards and provides protection for this data comparable to the protections described in this policy.
Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services such as Apple, RevenueCat, OpenAI, and analytics providers, depending on the product and enabled features, to process purchases, provide AI features, and improve our services. These services may collect information under their own privacy policies.
Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
Your Choices
You can stop data collection by discontinuing use of the relevant product and uninstalling the app where applicable. If a product includes Apple-managed subscriptions, you can manage those through your Apple ID settings.
